Welcome to Warriors Team Brisbane ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Warriors App ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About the App

The App is a free community platform that helps members of Warriors Team Brisbane track attendance at group fitness activities, view upcoming events, and celebrate achievements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Authentication

• You can sign in with Google or phone number verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or attendance.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the App or its infrastructure.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Donations & Payments

The App may offer optional donations processed via Stripe. All payments are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. We do not store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and design elements in the App are owned by Warriors Team Brisbane or used under licence. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are a volunteer-run community group and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Participation in fitness activities is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Warriors Team Brisbane and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
